How it differs

Excuse our Brain’s ego, but it knows everything.

The Brain is the service that powers Autodevelop’s information search. It uses a highly efficient algorithm to feed Autodevelop’s AI tools, and it learns on its own every day. Devrecated engineers review and approve what it finds. You stay current on industry best practice — including the documentation and technical solutions your product needs to be as strong as it can be.

What it is not

Not a connector or skill pack

Not a generic editor plugin

A plugin that only ships prompts still leaves the team to invent operating rules. Devrecated writes the organization’s business logic into the product. The agent that results is specific to this company.

Not “just Cursor”

Developers stay in Cursor, Claude Code, OpenCode, or the team’s preferred coding agent. Eight commands load the work. The agent already knows this company.

Already there

What the agent already knows

Public software knowledge, current SDK documentation, and this company’s own system are already in the index. Included hosted work stays in the monthly allotment. If the subscription lapses, local checks still run.

Public software knowledge

The index already holds the libraries, frameworks, and current SDK documentation a team needs to build a product.

This company’s system

It also holds this organization’s product, operating rules, and what “good” looks like here. Devrecated writes that business logic in.

Found when needed

Autodevelop finds what the work needs. Developers do not search the docs or add skills, connectors, or one-off agents.

Two surfaces

One memory. Two ways in.

Business

Typed request. Board. Weekly pack.

Members request a change from Autodevelop or from the product they already use. They do not run the eight commands. Owners watch the board and receive the weekly pack.

  • Bug
  • Improvement
  • Tweak
  • New feature
  • New microfrontend
  • New web app

Developers

Eight commands. One pass.

Developers run the work in Cursor, Claude Code, OpenCode, or the team’s preferred coding agent. Eight commands load the work. A developer reviews the pull request. The agent already knows this company.

  • /ui

    Layout, components, and client chrome

  • /backend

    APIs and services

  • /business-logic

    Domain rules and schema

  • /debug

    Reproduce and prove a fix

  • /testing

    Verification of work that exists

  • /new-feature

    Ticket through implementation

  • /communication

    Mail and weekly recap

  • /release

    Commit, preview, staging, production

Autodevelop plugs directly into your existing product. The team can start the same day. See the embed on the product page.

The loop

What ships in the system

Request, remember, build, ship, tell the business, measure. Each step is already in the product. The team does not assemble that loop from skill files.

01

Clear requests

Members say what they need. Autodevelop asks for the details that make the work ready. Every submission lands on the board with acceptance criteria.

02

One board, one trail

The ticket is the source of truth. Progress, the pull request, and the weekly pack write back to it. The record stays if the subscription ends.

03

The editor they already use

Developers stay in Cursor, Claude Code, OpenCode, or the team’s preferred coding agent. Eight commands load the work. Local checks can stop a change the model is willing to skip.

04

Ship on conditions

Preview, staging, and production each have a gate. A developer cannot skip those gates and push a release through. Blast radius sets how much review a change needs.

05

Confirmed mail

Stakeholder email is drafted in the editor and sent only after an explicit yes, and only to people the organization has allowed. Hooks never send on their own.

06

Organization memory

The index, the context library, and short session recaps are the same store. Owners ask about tickets, blockers, and activity. Answers cite that store. The chat is not copied silently.

Security

Security in the editor

Security warnings run in the editor. Mistakes are caught before they reach a commit. Secret values stay on the machine.

Releases need an explicit yes. A developer cannot skip those gates. Stakeholder mail needs an allowed recipient. If the subscription lapses, the board stays yours.

Reporting

What we report

At the start of an engagement we baseline a Value Score for developer output, computed by a model trained across codebases and team sizes. Every week, executives receive a development value report. It shows lift against prior work and against that baseline, and it surfaces who is falling behind and who is excelling.

A dollar figure can attach to the score — one at industry-standard rates and one at the company’s own developer pay, set per person where it differs. Compare developers over the life of the product and against the period before Autodevelop.

The product keeps scoring in the background. The developer still has to ask well. The system does not replace judgment.

Categories we score

Value

Perceived value of the work that landed.

Code quality

Structure, tests, and reviewability of the change.

AI slop

Duplication, filler, and unreviewed generated noise.

Best practice

Fit to the authored rules for the stack.

Future integration

How ready the change is for the next feature.

  • Tickets

Volume and type of requests created — feature, fix, microfrontend, web app, and the rest of the intake set.

  • Documentation the team does not write

Autodevelop generates and maintains documentation sites and video demos for each release, in more detail and consistency than a developer would produce by hand.

  • Weekly feature pack

Email, HTML, PDF, and PowerPoint of what shipped, on the schedule the business sets. Alerts as features reach production.

Operational measures, monthly

Cycle time

Request accepted to change in production.

Change failure rate

Share of production changes that need a fix, rollback, or patch.

Code turnover

Share of merged code reverted or rewritten within thirty and ninety days.
